Definitions
Generally, the term "HomeBuyerFunds.com" refers to the HomeBuyerFunds.com
organization and Web site. The term "HomeBuyerFunds.com" in the context of a
decision-making entity can be assumed to refer to the HomeBuyerFunds.com
Executivel Board. The term "domain" refers to www.homebuyerfunds.com, and
any file or page said to be in or under this domain would have
HomeBuyerFunds.com as a prefix. The term "this document" refers to the
HomeBuyerFunds.com User Agreement.

Copyrights
(a) Unless explicitly noted otherwise, all text, original graphics, and
other content found under our domain are copyrighted as a collective work
under the United States copyright laws. HomeBuyerFunds.com is the owner of
the copyright. The User agrees not to copy, reproduce, redistribute, or
publish any part of HomeBuyerFunds.com without the explicit consent of
HomeBuyerFunds.com, and may download content for personal use only.
HomeBuyerFunds.com employs some free domain graphics and scripts that users
are free to use, but may offer no way to distinguish these from our original

(b) The User agrees that unless explicitly noted otherwise, submitting any
content to HomeBuyerFunds.com grants HomeBuyerFunds.com an irrevocable,
non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual worldwide right and license to use,
review, edit, copy, publish, distribute, and translate the content in any
medium, whether now known or hereafter invented. The submitting User also
retains all rights to his or her own submitted content. Please note that
there are some services where HomeBuyerFunds.com does not retain the rights
given in Part (b). When this is the case, it will be explicitly noted in the
appropriate service.
(c) The User shall not upload, post or otherwise make available on
HomeBuyerFunds.com any material protected by copyright, trademark or other
proprietary right without the express permission of the owner of the
copyright. The burden is on the User to verify that posted content does not
infringe any copyright violation or that permission for use has been

distribute the material to HomeBuyerFunds.com, and places it in the Public
Domain for personal use by other Users.
Violations
HomeBuyerFunds.com reserves the right to take punitive action in response to
violations of the conditions of this document, including but not limited to
removal of posts, warnings, suspension of User privileges, and legal action.
HomeBuyerFunds.com administrators reserve the right to patrol for
violations. HomeBuyerFunds.com strongly encourages users to report suspected
violations.
User Safety
HomeBuyerFunds.com assumes no responsibility for the actions of people met
through our resources, for the quality of items or services acquired through
our resources, or for the safety of any other transaction facilitated by our
resources. Be aware that we cannot and do not screen most submissions before
they are posted, and cannot possibly account for the actions of each
individual who uses the site. The burden is on the User to take precautions
to assure his or her safety.
Before making any agreements for exchange or affiliation, make as much
verbal and/or personal contact as you feel is necessary to establish trust
with anyone you locate through HomeBuyerFunds.com. Even in the Duke
Community there may be those who may choose to abuse the resources we
provide. HomeBuyerFunds.com is dedicated to keeping this abuse to a minimum,
but unfortunately the automation and free-exchange of information that make
HomeBuyerFunds.com a possibility also make it impossible for us to prevent
any such abuse from occurring. Please don't take chances, and take personal

Agreement."
Indemnification
The User agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold HomeBuyerFunds.com, its
governing board, staff, and volunteers harmless from and against all losses,
expenses, damages and costs resulting from any violation of our User
Agreement.
General Provisions
Additional rules, regulations, or specifications provided with individual
services within HomeBuyerFunds.com carry the same force as this document.
However, any such information or information from other sources that the
User receives that is in any way inconsistent with the provisions of this
document is null and void and trumped by the conditions in this document. If
any provision of this document is determined by a court of competent
jurisdiction to be invalid, all other terms and conditions will remain in
full force and effect. .
